1. nature of service & entity identity
msme.website is a private commercial technology platform operated by S3 DigiTech. We provide managed static website compilation, cloud hosting, and WhatsApp-assisted digital identity services to micro, small, and medium enterprises.
Mandatory Statutory Notice: msme.website is an independent private venture and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, or the official Udyam Registration portal.
2. strict no-refund policy
Because our automated digital factory begins setup immediately upon transaction authorization — provisioning dedicated server cluster storage, generating custom SSL certificates, reserving subdomains/domains, and deploying manual copywriting adjustments — all service fees and subscription amounts paid are strictly non-refundable once setup has commenced.
To protect client quality, all plans include a 30-day initial revision window from the date of launch to fine-tune text, phone numbers, prices, and photo assets free of charge.
3. intellectual property & content ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over your business name, logos, trademarks, visiting cards, photographs, and catalog data provided to us. By submitting media over WhatsApp, you grant msme.website a non-exclusive license solely to publish and display these assets on your public website.
4. acceptable content & prohibited use
Clients are strictly prohibited from publishing websites promoting counterfeit products, fraudulent investment schemes, adult entertainment, illegal gambling, or activities violating Indian law or the Information Technology Act, 2000. S3 DigiTech reserves the right to terminate without refund any website found in violation.
5. service level agreement (sla) & uptime
Standard starter websites are targeted for delivery in under 24 hours following receipt of required questionnaire responses and verified payment. We maintain 99.9% target uptime across our global cloud CDN nodes, excluding scheduled upstream maintenance windows.
6. dispute resolution & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to msme.website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
