30+ years in technology. One problem he could not ignore.
Our founder - an IIT alum with over 30 years of experience building technology — large enterprise systems, complex infrastructure and digital products. After decades at the frontier of tech, he turned his attention to the one sector that technology had largely forgotten: the Micro and Small segment of India's MSME economy.

But when I looked around my own neighbourhood, I saw a plumber I trusted completely who had no way to tell the world he existed. I saw a carpenter whose work was extraordinary but whose phone only rang when someone remembered or referred his number. I questioned them why they are not online and they gave me so many pain points (not excuses) some mentioned above.
Then I asked myself : with everything we know how to build, why is this still the reality for millions of Indians? What can I do for them? How can I help them? How to bring them online? How to make them ready for Digital world?
