THE FOUNDER'S STORY
30 years in technology. One problem he could not ignore.
Our founder is an IIT Delhi alumnus with over 30 years of experience building technology — large enterprise systems, complex infrastructure, and digital products. After decades at the frontier of tech, he turned his attention to the one sector that technology had largely forgotten: the Micro and Small segment of India's MSME economy.

But when I looked around my own neighbourhood, I saw a plumber I trusted completely who had no way to tell the world he existed. Three separate moments converged into this conviction:
1. Meeting local tradesmen — plumbers, carpenters, electricians — with real skills and loyal customers, but zero online presence and no affordable path to getting one.
2. Watching a family business struggle because it had no digital visibility, while newer and less capable competitors ranked on Google and won customers they did not deserve.
3. Looking at the data — 6+ crore micro businesses, less than 5% with any web presence — and realising this was not an accident. It was a gap no one had bothered to close at the right price point, in the right language, through the right channel.
